LLC “BATATA” specializes in the production of aerosols.
Today, the Company is the largest national manufacturer of household chemicals and cosmetics in aerosol packaging (air fresheners, shaving products (foam, gel), hair care products, sun protection products, polishing products, creams, antistatic products, shoe care products, insect repellents and repellants, silicone grease, filling services, as well as the production of heads, spray caps, protective caps). The company also has experience in the production of automotive chemicals, weapons care products, sports and technical products. At present, there is also a division for the production of food products (in general, oils and fats), as well as medical products (nasal sprays). The main areas of the Company’s activity are the production and sale in Ukraine and for export of both its own trademarks and contract manufacturing under the Client’s trademark.

We currently operate under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
EXPORT
The geography of export includes both Ukraine and European countries such as the Czech Republic and the Baltic countries, as well as Saudi Arabia. All relevant regulatory and permitting documents, Euro 1 certificates (for EU countries) are provided for the delivered goods. Some of our products are certified and meet the requirements of the European Union. In the export mode, deliveries can be made of both our own TM “BATATA” and TM IMPORTERA.
2023
A new automatic packaging line for aerosol products has been put into operation, which allows the use of gases such as carbon dioxide, nitrogen, helium as an additional propellant.
A new automatic line has been put into operation, which allows packaging of non-aerosol types of products: such as various cosmetic sprays, as well as aromatic diffusers, etc.
Since January 2023, the Company has installed an autonomous current generator to meet the full production cycle during the main power grid outages.

Purchased own transport for transporting propellant.
A new automatic high-speed packaging line for aerosol products has been put into operation.
The new plant, designed according to the best European norms for the production of aerosol products, has been put into operation

Construction of additional areas, expansion of production. Certification of the quality management system according to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
2017
The company established the production of BAG-ON-VALVE products on equipment with a capacity of 3,000,000 cylinders per year. It was the first among the CIS countries to master the production of shaving gels. Foundation of the company “WEST PERFUME”.
2016
An automatic line for filling aerosol products has been launched. The total production capacity is 18,000,000 cylinders per year.
2015
Expansion of sales markets, conclusion of new contracts with the countries of the CIS and the European Union.
2014
Additional equipment for the production of plastic components was launched with a total capacity of 50,000,000 pieces per year. 65% of the total capacity has been developed.
2012
A line for filling aerosol products with a production capacity of 6,500,000 cylinders per year has been launched. Capacity utilization of production facilities – 20%
2011
Equipment for the production of plastic components with a total capacity of 25,000,000 pieces per year has been launched. 60% of production capacity has been developed.
